or ACCESS PROBLEMS:

Q: I am a member but my username and password do not work. Why?
A: If you have previously been able to log into the site and can no longer do so, the problem may be either:
You have to enter the username and password EXACTLY as you entered them when you signed up. The server is cAsE sensitive, and upper and lower case must be exact or the login will be rejected.
Did you forget your username and/or password? Use this simple guide to retrieve your login information:
- CCBill members: If your credit card, online check, or phone-in membership was processed through CCBill, you can retrieve your login information here.

Your login and password has been disabled. This can happen because either your membership has expired, or a rebill attempt failed. The credit card companies have many reasons for not allowing a recurring billing, including change of address, lack of credit or instructions from the cardholder.

Your Username or IP address has been blocked due to excessive usage !
Finally the login and password may have been disabled because the username and login was found to have been traded and multiple users logged in under the same password.

Possible reasons for this are:

  • Your username has been used by too many IP addresses today
  • Your IP address has been blocked due to excessive failed logins (brute force)
  • Your total downloads have exceeded the daily threshold for this site.
  • Your username/password has been blocked!
  • Generally accounts are blocked for 24-48 hours, after which time accounts are restored.
    Depending on the conditions or severity, or repeat blocks, accounts can be suspended for greater lengths or terminated. Accounts can be reinstated.

- Do you have connectivity problems with your dial-up ISP? Have you reconnected multiple times to achieve better connections or as a result of being disconnect?
- If you are using special software to download files from the site (i.e. a download manager).
- Are you running a personal firewall on you computer? What settings are in place? Do you prevent the use of cookies or referring URL?
- Do you have a dynamic IP address? Meaning, does you IP address not remain the same.
